"Any of you ladies out there know that when it comes to walking into dealerships or parts stores for any kind of vehicle, it can get frustrating and anger inducing real quick. Especially if we are looking to do our own maintenance. That has never been the case with this cycle gear location and I have never had an unpleasant shopping experience here. Every guy in this store that I have interacted with over the years that I've been going here, has been respectful, encouraging, helpful and not at all condescending. I'm just learning how to do a few new things on my bike with the help of a buddy, but I am doing all the leg work- getting the parts, doing the actual maintenance (with his experienced supervision), etc. So recently I've been in this store quite a bit getting parts, tools, and tires changed out and all the guys have been awesome.

The only reason I knocked one star off (for now) is because I had dropped $300+ on new tires and no one mentioned or looked up to see if I was in the rewards program. It wasn't until my second trip in a few days later that one of the service/parts guys double checked and saw that I wasn't. I for sure would have signed up for it the week before when I bought my tires and because I will likely be riding more as the weather warms up which means more maintenance.

I am signed up now however, and they are looking to see if there is a way to get my purchase from a few days before put onto the account. If I were to make any recommendations, it's just to make sure the awesome guys at the registers just double check when customers are purchasing larger ticket items and they are already on file if they want to join up on the RPM membership. Other than that little hang-up though, overall great store, great staff, quality and speedy service, and they'll have my business for a long time to come. "
